This involves cold extraction without chemical fertilizers,
pesticides, insecticides or preservatives, in other words
controlled organic farming, and is guaranteed non-blended. Through
cautious processing this unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil is both
fruity and spicy, with a brilliant flavor and a unique
taste.

The common green olive called Koroneiki or Psiloelia has a very
small fruit but a high oil content up to *7%, and from these kinds
of olives you get a table oil of high
quality.
The oil is cold extracted from the olives and after that it is
worked carefully in a natural process. In this way we produce this
unique pure olive oil with both perfect taste and aroma. Of course
this is both unfiltered and has not been mixed with other kinds of
oil, or chemical additives.
This cultivation process adheres to the strict requirements for
organic farming (EU Regulation ***2/*1) and is controlled regularly
by the certification office for organic
products DIO,
which
is endorsed by the EU. When the olive oil is ready it is certified
after a thorough chemical analysis, and is classified as the
highest quality category.
