Hot  air   dryer  for  fruit  and   vegetable  

Introduction  of multipurpose tunnel dryer :

    Thedryer   is used  for a batch, continuous production, mainly used for the  drying of better gas permeability material in schistose, strip, granules .

Such as: dried fruit, pepper, potato chips, puffed snack , ball, granular straw, vegetable wood, ets.

 The main ways of heating are by electric, by steam, by diesel ol .

Tunnel dryer Working principle:

With the help of the heat exchanger and blower, the hot air fill in the drying tunnel. The humidity removing Fan will expel the water vapor from the drying tunnel. And the foodstuff is dried by absorbing the heat of the hot air.

Tunnel dryer Application:

Fruit such as jujube, apple, papaya, mango. Beef, mushroom, fungus, wonton, prawn ect. Especially suitable for the foodstuff which is big in bulk, and needs long time drying
