This line is used for laminated safty glass with PVB interlayer. The laminated glass can be used for auto, safty architecture glass, bullet-proof glass ect.
Compares to Semi-automatic line, fully automatic line has higher production capacity, higher intelligentize, need less manpower, and has better lay-up precision.

2. Production Process
Loading - Washing/Drying - PVB Interlaying - Heating/Pressing - Unloading - Auto-clave - Packing/Delivery

3. Glass washing machine
3.1 The material contact with water is stainless **4#
3.2 There are soft brush roller for Low-E glass washing
3.3 There are special sound absorbing design for noise control of blowing section
3.4 There are two pairs of air knives for drying
3.5 Glass thickness testing device can be added
4. Fully automatic lay-up machine
4.1 The fully automatic lay-up machine is composed of glass positioning table, extendable glass lay-up table, automatic walking suction, automatic PVB film paver, and transit table
4.2 Every time glass stops in the same position of positioning table, then the automatic walking suction grab it to the same position in the lay-up table.The automatic walking suction is coltrold by servomotor, has high precision.
4.4 In the PVB film paver, the film roll out and roll back is controled electricaly.
5. Preheating-prepressing machine
5.1 There are two pairs of press rollers and three heating ovens. Infrared heating pipes are used for heating
5.2 Special design results to timly and good edge sealing
5.3 The press rollers can be controled by train or by individual motors.
6. Glass autoclave
6.1 Diameter: 2.8m, Effective inner length: 5m, max. glass size: 2.5m x 5m.
6.2 Working pressure: 1.*5Mpa, Working temperature:**0C.
6.3 PLC control 
6.4 Autoclave body material: *6MnR
6.5 CE, ASME qualified autoclave can be supplied
