Operation Principle:
This machine is rotary filling. The conveyor belt transfer bottle into the turntable, through the rotation of turntable, the bottle mouth just under the filling head. A whole filling head down, filling nozzle plug into bottle. Cylinder driving piston quantitative cylinder to draw filling material from feed tank, then press to fill into bottle. After filling, filling head rise, filling nozzle leave from bottle, turntable rotate, already filling bottle moves to the next station, waiting for capping. Suitable for different material and different specifications of the bottle, can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, cosmetics, light industries, etc. Features
