A NEW TYPE OF “UNSALTED” GREEN OLIVE IS AN IDEA THAT HAS CAPTURED OUR INTEREST AND WHICH WE BELIEVE WILL WIN OVER THE GREATER PART OF CONSUMERS. We took action, knowing just how concerned consumers are about modern day dietary recommendations on abstaining from salt. Therefore we endeavoured to find a method to produce an olive in a natural way which would suit every dietary demand, taste and pocket. In this way, adopting traditional methods in combination with modern technological means, we preserve our olives WITHOUT salt in a wholly natural way and then marinade them with various spices and herbs such as paprika, thyme and oregano. This process gives our olives a rich and unique flavour, without the use, however, of salt (NaCl). We are certain that consumers will embrace them warmly and they will become a staple feature of their everyday diet.
