HP series hearing aid programmer and the USB interface of PC computer constitute a complete HP system.After set up HP system,you can read and write the data of hearing aid through the hearing aid software that provide by manufacturers.

When receive HP equipment,please check whether the outer packing is complete and whether the accessories are all ready,if not,please contact manufacturer.

3.Software and drive set up

Notice:On PC computer,you should landing administrator account or administrator privileges account first then you can set up the software. During the installation, if the antivirus software hints,please click allow,or the software will not be installed.

Software compatible with Windows ***0¼ŒXP and Vista system

1. Put the driver disk into the CD driver. Double-click the icon of CD-ROM drive or open the CD-ROM drive then double-click setup.exe to set up.

2. You dont need to special set during the installation,just default the installation.

3. When appear the following chart dialog,please connect the USB port of the HP equipment to the USB of PC computer through the data line.Then click the botton to set up the driver.

4. After finish the installation,the software would startup to find HP equipment automatically. Appear the follows diagram:

5. After seek out the HP equipment,it will display the relevant information of the equipment.Click¸¸€¥ and Finish.

6. Click Close to finish installation.

4.Notes

1. Please put the HP equipment in a well-ventilated place, far away from all the liquid and heat source,and strong radio field like telephone.

2. HP equipment through USB HUB to connect,to ensure ensure the HP equipment have enough current to work, please make sure that USB HUB power supply separately.

3. When programme hearing aid, LED lights on the Panel flashing constantly,it means that HP system is communicating.Please be sure not to cut off or connect hearing aid at this moment, because its easy to damage hearing aid.

4. Please antistatic accumulate in dry time, prevent HP equipment and hearing aid from damage.
