Working principle of stone crusher
When stone crusher is running,the motor drives power to vibration cone by belt  wheel,coupling and the vibrating  shaft,which makes cone crushing wall closer or apart from  the mortar rolled on the adjusting bush. The materials in the crushing champer achives  crished by many impacting,pressing and beading.The power drives the crushing cone to run by  cone wheel which drives the eccentric bush.The crushing cone closer and apart from the  fixed cone from time to time,finishs the crushing and discharging process.The spring  between the supporting bush and the frame will beads and discharges the dust to protect the  motor.other than some ones could not be broken.In this way,If some matearials which could  not be broken will be stucked at the discharging opening,It will be increased much bigger  to make the materials discharged.The crushing champer of the stone crusher be made of wear  resistant steel plate,and easy to auto adjustment the discharging opening size.

A. the materials must be in the middle of the distributor, it is not allowed to put the materials into the crushing chamber directly, because it will make the crusher overloaded and the liner plate will be abraded unevenly. Correct feeding conditions :
    a. the materials are distributed equally to the crushing chamber.
    b. The quantity of materials should not higher than the mortar.
B. the max feeding size should not equal to the feed opening, (the max feeding size=*5% of  the feed opening) otherwise, it will lead to:
   a. the capacity is low
   b. some spare parts will be damaged.
C. crusher is not allowed to start in overload condition in case of accident.
D. when stop the stone crusher, stop the feeder first. After the materials are all  discharged out, stop the stone crusher.
E. the locking system and hydraulic station should be checked often to avoid problems.
