Solubility:Does not dissolve in cold water. Dispersed in warm water. Dissolved in ethanol and hot oil and fat.
Main Purpose: Food emulsifier
Application Areas:
Noodle and instant noodle: SSL can increase the springiness, toughness and gas-holding capability of dough.It can also produce smoother surface, lower broken ratio.
Bread and mantou: SSL can increase volume of the bread and steam bread, and also improve the organization and structure.
Bascuit: SSL can make it easier to remove bascuits from moulds to produce smooth appearence, distinct layers and crisp mouthfeel.
Instant frozen food: SSL can enhance the quality of quick frozen food, improve their ragnization and structure, and prevent surface cracking and filling escape.
Usage:
(1)SSL can be directly mixed with composite materials.
(2)Put SSL into warm water at about *0°C with a proportion of 1:6 to get paste shape. Then add it in to flour with a certain proporation and get better effect.
Recommended additive amount;
The amount added in products is 0.2%*1.0%. (Refer to GB********7)
Shelf Life:
*8 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.(from date of production)
Storage:
Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below *8 ℃ to minimize the agglomeration (the natural tendency).
