1. structure is new
and unique ,simple and reasonable, balanced operation and with
low operation cost.
2. Cone crushing
machine itself is cast steel stucure and the heavy load position
will be thickened by using the same material.
3. Two ends of driven
shaft are equipped with conical roller bearing.
4. Power driven is
finished by overloading bevel bear and the shaft block is taken
skeleton type obturating ring to prevent lubricating oil from
leaking.
5. Cone crusher has
botht interior copper and outside copper sheathing,one spheric
seating and one ball shape copper.Wiper scraper seal is floated
up by spring equipped inside spheric seating and it can worked
for adjustment during the operation.
6. Cone Crusher is
have hydraulic adjusting apparatus and is easy to adjust size of
the disposal of cone crusher.
7. The upper and lower
parts of machine body is connected by many heavy duty hydro
cylinders which are convenient for locking and cavity cleaning.
8. Hydraulic nitrogen
protection is provided. Cone crusher offer hydraulic nitrogen
cylinder to release protection.
9. Cone
crusher adopt a set of outboard lubrication system which is
including oil pump, gasoline tank, pipeline system .when oil
temperature is too high or flowing speed of is too slow, the
crusher will be automatically shut down.
