JUICE FILLING MACHINE PROFILE
The production capacity of this juice filling machine is **********0BPH(**0ml) for PET bottles. It is controlled by PLC, MMI and frequency conversion, and equipped with filling temperature control system. Low vacuum filling type meets the technical requirement of various kinds of fruit juice, energy drink and tea drink.
RINSER
1.Gripper is used for griping the bottle neck. No touching with the bottle mouth.
2.Star wheel transfer or clamp transfer are both available. Clamp transfer makes it easier for different capacity of bottles.
3.Cone spray nozzle spraying inside and outside of the bottle. Low water consumption and high efficiency rinsing.
4.Grippers and bracket are made of stainless steel **4.
FILLING
1.Micro negative and low vacuum filling.
2.Stainless steel **6L for material contact surface.
3.No bottle no filling.
4.Adopts USA LGUS guide sheath.
CAPPING
1.The screw at the bottle neck is thoroughly washed before capping.
2.Venting device of inversing caps is equipped.
3.COP is available for capper.
4.No bottle no capping. The machine will stop if there's no cap.
