Karnataka Young Coconuts are harvested early when the shells are
still green, usually between 6 and 9 months. This green shell is
then cut away to reveal the white husk. Inside this is the coconut
shell we are familiar with, but it is much less mature, paler, and
is not quite as hard. Each Young Coconut contains about **0
