Application:

Widely grinding application for pigment, inks, medicine, dye,sensitive film, pesticides, foods, electronic paste, papermaking, cosmetics and so on.

Characteristic:

1.Material of grinding chamber:the inner wall of the grinding chamber is made of silicon nitride ceramics which has high wear resistance , good thermal effect and no pollution(non-discolouring). 

2.Rotor mixer: turbine structure and high wear-resistant ceramic materials highly improve the grinding efficiency and the life of the turbine disk. .

3.Segregation apparatus:with large flow area gap,the machine can use small grinding medium and it will not happen blocking when there is a big flow volume.Good heat dissipation and narrow distribution of the particle size eusure the big flowing and circulating of the discharging.The gap drum separator is made of pure Zirconia materials and so it will have a long service life.

4.Sealing material:Teflon/special rubber,corrosion resisting,solvent resisting.

5.Mechanical seal:with the large end force pressurization,mechanical seal adopts the round steel finishing production process which ensure the good concentricity of the power transmission and highly improve the use life of the seal.

6.Driver: three phase international brand motor and international brand inverter well control the fineness of the grinding material,operation speed and working temperature.

7.Feeding pump:international pneumatic diaphragm pump has a adjustable speed for discharging  and feeding;automatic cleaning design is convenient for processing of multiple color material.

8.Electrical device:transducer fixed up with device, it will be convinent for installing and maintaining.

9.Surface:spraying solvent resistant protective coating,the color can be customized.
