The SKC20 series wet shotcrete system equipments are used for wet concrete pumping,spraying in mines, tunnels and outdoor construction etc. SKC20 Concrete Spraying System consist of Chassis,concrete delivery system, spraying system,Accelerator Adding system. And with robot arm, the machine can spraying concrete automatically.

Features Of SKC20 Concrete Spraying System
1. Spraying System
Intelligent spraying control, high accuracy, wide spray area, minimum spray rejection.
2. Working range
a. long-reach spray boom allows to work at long distance and great height.
b. 3-PRS spray head gives full spherical spray area without blind spot.
c. Full hydraulic intelligent spray boom guarantees no interference when all boom sections working at the same.
3. Chassis
a. Rigid chassis, internal combustion hydrostatic transmission, 4-wheel drive, 4-wheel steering with swiveling driver's cab.
b.hydraulic supporting leg hold the vehicle steady at all times, absorb forces when material blending, pumping and spraying.
4. Concrete delivery system
a.Advanced undamped hydraulic system with 1200mm stroke length offers high and steady pumping pressure, also reduce power consuming and parts wearing.
b.Pumping capacity range from 0 to 60 cubic meters. It can be adjusted as per customer requirements to satisfy complicated working conditions. (Recommend capacity range is 4 to 28 cubic meters) 
5. Setting Accelerator Adding system
a. Reliable frequency convert technology complied with PLC and computer control offer a setting control of adding rate depending on concrete out put. 
b. Auto-adjusting frequency control offers motor speed change and auto dosing according to concrete delivery amount.
