Product Advantages
1.Change the composition and morphology of inclusions in steel, improve
the mechanical properties of steel.
2.Reduce and eliminate nozzle blocking of steelmaking.
After silicon calcium cored wires feeding and calcium treatment, the solid Al2O3 with high melting point and aluminum silicate are changed into calcium aluminate. Calcium aluminate appears to be liquid under the pouring temperature because of its low melting point, which helps avoid gathering and eliminate the
phenomenon of nozzle clogging.
3.Improve the recovery rate of alloy elements and stay stability.
The recovery rate of Calcium was 1% ~ 3% with the general addition method, 5% with powder spraying method, and *0% ~ 30% after applying the line feeding method.
