TF Series Multi-tubular Filter (TF Filter for short) integrates tubular filter elements inside. When differential pressure reaches the preset pressure after filtration, the liquid in the filter is discharged and the back-blowing fluid removes the filter cake, then filter elements are cleaned for the filtration next time. TF Filter has the outstanding following features: wide application, close operation, multi-function, large filter area, high dirt holding capacity, easy to back-blow the filter cake off and automatic running. TF filter has the 5 functions: direct filtration, precoat filtration, slurry concentration, filter cake recovery and filter cake washing. It is capable of difficult service conditions such as high impurity content, viscous liquid, extreme high filtration ratings, high temperature and so on. Usually TF filter system runs continuously by consisting two filters (one filtering and the other one standby) and has PLC control system, which can automatically carry out precoating, filtering, discharging, cleaning and other procedures. More TF Filter unit can be integrated into a larger filter system.

LIVIC has developed various high performance filter elements for the TF filter. Five kinds of filter elements are available: V-slot slotted, metal-powder-sintered, woven cloth, metal-mesh-sintered and polymer membrane. They can meet various special filtration requirements. If as the precoat filter, the optional precoated medias is diatomite, perlite, cellulose etc..
