Aramid Kevlar Gland Packing

Aramid (Kevlar) packing is made from a kind of high-strength organic fiber, impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricant.

This material is suitable for use as dynamic sealing in medias that contain solid particles.
 

Application Conditions
 
1)    Working Temperature: - 100 °C   to   + 260 °C

2)  - Max. Working Pressure: 05 Mpa (Rotary Pump)
     - Max. Working Pressure: 15 Mpa (Reciprocating Pump)
     - Max. Working Pressure: 20 Mpa (Valve)

3)    PH Value: 2 - 12

4)  - Linear Speed: 0 15 m/s (Rotary Pump)
     - Linear Speed: 0 2 m/s (Reciprocating Pump)
     - Linear Speed: 0 2 m/s (Valve)

5)    Cross Section: ≥ 1/8 ~ ≤3 (3x3 — 75 x 75 mm)

6)    Density:1.50 — 1.60 g/cc
