Dear all,

We are traders and we are dealing with RSFO.

Please find below the terms and conditions under which we work:

Product:                    sunflower oil
Quantity:                   min ***0 MT x *2 Months

Packing:                   1Ltr or Flexi tank (or buyers option)

Price:                       CIF, FCA, FOB, EXW (or buyers option)

Destination port:        any safe port

Origin:                      SPAIN/ROMANIA
Price in ROMANIA : 0.*1 eur/Ltr FCA TIMISOARA
Payment at charge !

All necessary certificates are there.

          No advance payment

          The purchase contract will be concluded directly with the seller/refinery.

          The offer request (LOI) has to be drafted by the final buyer.  The buyer must prove the financial capacity by providing BCL.

Steps:

1. Buyer issues LOI.

2. We give you the price; if you agree, we have to sign a commission agreement. Our fee is USD 7 per MT.

3. We revert to you with FCO.

4. Then we can arrange a visit to the refinery. There you can take samples and discuss all the contractual details. The visit can be set before signing the purchase contract.
