Detail
Information:
Description:
Toughened or tempered glass is glass that has been processed by
controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength
compared with normal glass. Tempered glass is made by processes
which create balanced internal stresses which give the glass
strength. Tempered glass is formed by
heating glass to the softening point in a horizontal tempering
stove, and then quickly cooling it.

Colors: Clear, Green, Grey and Bronze etc.
Packing: Seaworthy strong wooden
crates
Features:
1) Safety: Toughened glass has
excellent mechanical strength and safety performance. Mechanical
strength is 3 to 5 times of usual glass. It will not broke when
temperature difference is between
-20℃and
200℃.
When it is broken, the pieces will be in the form of grain, without
sharp angle and will not cause
injury.
2) High Strength: Toughened glass is typically four to six times
the strength of annealed
glass.
3)Stability to heat: tempered glass can bear the greatly temperature change for 200℃
4) Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and
wind-load
5) Tempered glass cannot be cut, drill hole and other further
processed.
6) Tempered glass can be printed with special logo and pattern with
enamel
silkscreen.
