High hardness steel is widely adopted on crank,connecting rod,sleeve and newel which can afford high alloy steel sleeve and tile of shaft with high load(8Mpa) and high speed(8m/s) to reduce the load of sleeve and tile of shaft.thus,it can keep good punching precision and prolong life span.

High intensity and grinding resistance alloy nodular cast iron is adopted on important cast components such as machine body,foundation,sliding block,flywheel and connecting rod etc to ensure whole machine stably and high precision.

For high precision and speed, all bearings are adopted imported ones from Japan.
