YPJ series of briquetted activated crushed carbon is made as high quality activated carbon from strictly selected coals of different mineralization degree to scientific formulation using a series of processes such as superfine pulverization, high pressure briquetting without binder, carbonization and activation. It has high mechanical strength and maintains both sufficient macro-and mesoporosity of bituminous coal-based activated carbon and developed microporo-sity of anthracite-based activated carbon. Great surface area, adequ-ate proportion of micropore , mesopore and macropove volumes, and their adjustability are characteristic of the activated carbon. It can bebest used for military、civilian、scientific research and nuclear pr-otection applications , especially for high purification of potable water, as well as for treatment of high quality water.
