Turkey.
Dried tomatoes are produced from the ripe, whole, red
tomatoes selected, washed with microbiologically
controlled water, halved and sun dried under controlled conditions
before filling dried tomatoes are boiled and inspected before
packing. During
processing and storage GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
are in place.
