We have the capability in-house to perform a systematic
de-contamination of the O-rings and also to bake them at high
temperature under vacuum. In this way, we can prevent CRAPP and
also remove CRUD. Our vacuum baked process is not only restricted
on O-rings, we can also perform the process on other seals and
moulded products that we make.
The end product is ready to be used in analytical instruments,
biological, semiconductor, medical, research laboratory,
pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, and drug delivery
applications.
All products Made in Singapore, checked and packaged before sending
them off. The products are individually packed and sealed. We can
also packed in large quantity, if requested.
