Cabbage Red
It is a kind of natural pigment extracted from edible red cabbage.
It contains anthocyanins,flavones and tannins.The environment PH
can influence its hue and stability .From pH 2.0 to 6.0, the color
is brilliant red; at pH 7.0, it is blue,at pH above 7.0, it is
unstable green.
