The injection valve tester
- YPJ**0 series has the following features: high speed
in pressure increase ,goodconstant voltage, rational construction, flexible
operation, convenient clamping, which is the
perfect instrument to test the diesel injectors’ starting
pressure /the quality of nebulization,the angle of injection and
the Airtight of the needle valve.

Third. Application and
adjustment
Before using the tester, we should check whether
it is fixed firmly. Then the working environment should be tidy.
the tester especially the clamping injectors’ joints should be
clean, then add 0# oil that has been deposited for more than *8
hours ,don’t use unqualified diesel.
1、

starting pressure testing of thefuel valve assembly
Put the injector in the middle of
theBracket and aim at the
injection connection
, rolling the screw in theBracket, fix the fuel valve assembly, check the
airtight of the installing
2. The angle of thefuel injector assembly .the injector’s angle’s
test can be carried out after the adjustment of the starting
pressure of the injector. On the point H, put a
white paper or a piece of iron wire cloth with grease, then note
the number of the injection, when we can see the injection circle
or there is a vacant circle in the iron wire cloth, mesure the
distance between the mouth
offuel injector assembly and
the iron wire cloth (paper), as well as the diameter of the circle.
Then calculate the angle’ a’ of the
atomization according to the following equation:

3. Atomization experiment
Press the pressure shaft to start injection, then
berserker the atomization condition of the injector. The
atomization oil particle should be minutely, well-distributed,
without oil flow that can be seen, after the end of the injection,
there is no oil drop remained or the phenomenon of oil
drop.
Fourth.Maintaining
1. The
testing oil must be the 0# light diesel or testing oil that has
been deposited for *8 hours. When adding oil, the oil should be
filtered with silk cloth.

it before using, put on theForce Shield after finishing

the screw fixing injector assembly, don’t roll over exert for fear
ofburningthe fiber

oiled, don’t press the pressure shaft for fear of the damage of the
