The Steel Pipe 3LPE
Coating Plant is a production line designed and applied to
manufacture anticorrosive coating to the steel pipes which are used
for transporting oil, gas, water and etc. It belongs to a
techniquethat integrates FBE in North America
andprotectivePE
layer in
Europeand has been improved with our own
technique.The
coating produced by the plant varies
fromsingle-layer(FBE),
double-layer(adhesive
and PE)totriple-layer(FBE,
adhesive and
PE).
This production line
mainly consists of pipe
conveyersystem,pipeheating
system,pipe surface treatment system, pipe dust removing
system, electrostatic spraying system, extruding and coating
system, water cooling system, end cutting system, hydraulic
pressure and pneumatic system, inspection and test system and an
electric control system.
