HPG***0 test
Principle:
Fix the detector and then rotation the lamps to
reach measurement principle. The lamps are fixed in the two-columns
working table, and then glow center of the lamps and rotation
center of the working table should coincident by the laser aiming
device. When the lamps rotate around the vertical axis, luminous
intensity data of horizontal directions can be obtained; when the
lamps rotate around the horizontal axis, luminous intensity data of
vertical directions can be obtained. Both vertical and horizontal
axis can continued rotate at the range of ±**0°or
0°~**0°. According to the lamps measure
requirements, the system can achieve B-β、A-α or C-γ solutions. After luminous intensity data of all
directions have been obtained, other photometry parameters can be
work out by PC. In order to ensure the lamps are stable fixed, the
system can be applied by two structures according to difference
test solutions. The details as following:
1.Double columns structure (B-β and A-α
solutions)
It is use to test Grille lamps and some linear
lighting fixtures. When fix the lamps, make sure the glare
center of lamps and rotation center of working stable are
coincident. In B-β coordinate system, lamps axis and horizontal
axis of working table should coincident. In A-α coordinate system,
lamps axis and horizontal axis of working table should
coincident.
2.Single column structure (C-γ solution and Conical
coordinate system)
They are used to test downlight, spotlight and
etc. when fix the lamps; make sure the glare center of lamps and
rotation center of working stable are coincident.
