Cooperative growers Ash Numão recently launched an organic olive
oil obtained from olives of the ***9/***0 crop varieties verdeal
Montes, Montes Madural, cobrançosa e cordovil and, with the Extra
Virgin category - DOP Tras-os-Montes.
With an acidity (% Ac. oleic) 0.2 and an index of peroxide (meq O2
/ kg): 6, the oil can be save up to two years from the vintage
year.
Very good with chunks of meat, boiled and grilled fish, cod, salad
vegetables, salads, cod, salad, orange sauce, with garlic toast and
soup.
