Application:
Raymond Mill is most widely used in
barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, limestone,
dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon,
bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, plaster, glass, etc.
Moh’s hardness of which is not greater than 9.3 , and humidity
below *0% of non-inflammable and non-explosive mineral, chemical,
construction and other industries,including more than **0 kinds of materials
high, fine milling process. The particle size of products is from
*0 to **5 meshes and the fineness of part of the materials can
reach **0 meshes.
Working
Principle:
After material is fed into the
main Raymond Mill grinding room, with the effort of spindle
rotation centrifugal force, the grinding roller swings outside and
presses on the grinding ring; blade scoops up material between
grinding roller and grinding ring to grind and crush with the
rotation of grinding roller. After material is
grinded,the powder is sorted
with the blower circulating air through the analysis of machine,
coarse fineness material falls back to the grinding chamber to be
re-grinded, and qualified powder feed into the cyclone powder
collector and sent out through a powder discharge pipe. Through the
cyclone powder collector and then into+the blower,
airflow forms closed –circuit
to make the machine work continuously; remaining wind through the
duct into the duster is purified and sent out.
