Inhibitors XYOA is the synergistic blending product of phosphates and sulfonates,

It is designed to control corrosion and scale in open evaporation cooling system.

This product can achieve the optimal results by minimizing phosphate dosage especially under a given conditions.

Inhibitors XYOA can effectively control the common scaling,such as calcium carbonate ,calcium phosphate, and other scale caused by iron and other suspended dirt .

The application of inhibitor XYOA is very wide.

It has been successfully applied in various systems under different operating conditions.

In order to get an ideal result, we need specially grouping all sorts of active ingredients according to the material, temperature, water quality and other characteristics of the whole system.

Dosage andUSAGE

Dosage: The dosage of Antiscalant XYOA depends on its single formula and your system requirements.

General dosage is ****0 mg/L.

In order to consolidate the protection effect, we recommend the continuous dosing way.

Dosing Point: In cooling water system, antiscalant XYOA should be dosed at the place where antiscalant can be quickly uniformly mixed with plenty of cooling water.

Dilution– In order to get the best results, antiscalant XYOA should be directly dosed without dilution.

If it  has to be diluted, low hardness water is better.

Dosage Device: The material of tank, pump, pipeline and valves should be carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC or most common plastic.

Pakage: Liquid mixture,*5kg or **0kg/barrel

Storage: Stored under normal temperature, avoid freezing.  If frozen, thoroughly thaw and uniformly mix it before use .
