Unpressurized Solar Water Heater
1 Brief introduction:
The length of vacuum tubes is fixed, say, 2.1m. It is unpressurized
solar water heater which can collect more sun radiation and provide
larger volume of hot water even in winter. It is specially made for
severely cold
regions, from design to manufacturing, from ultra-low-emission
vacuum tubes, thermal nanometer sensor,coupling insulating part, to
thicker PU insulation for water tanks, pipelines, and stronger
hot-galvanized supports for snowstorm resistance and once was the
designated product for Chinese South Pole ScientificExpedition Team
in the South Pole.
2 Working principle:
The vacuum tube absorbs the energy of the solar radiation, and
transfers it to the water in the vacuum tube.Obtaining the energy,
the temperature of water is increased, and the density is
decreased. So the hot water will
rise, and the cold water in the water tank will supplement the
vacuum tube. And this makes the water temperature inside the tank
increase continuously.
3 Components:
The system consists of water tank, vacuum tubes, and supports.
Other parts, such as insulated pipelines, safe cable, SED auxiliary
heating system, intelligent controller, etc will be chosen at
will.
4 Features:
1) Vacuum tube: The tubes are all 2.1m extra long high temperature
ones with special effect. “*-hi” tubes (high-temperature and
high-cold resistance, high efficiency) are coated with the patented
interferential coating technology, achieving the higher absorptance
of *6% and lower emissivity of 4%. The vacuum degree is as low as
5×***4Pa, **0 times lower than that of the common ones.
2) Insulation: The insulation layer adopts constant temperature,
high pressure and quantitative foaming. After high temperature
slaking processing, foaming is even and compact, and has higher
closed pore rate and better insulation effect.
3) The inner tank adopts SUS**4 stainless plate with high chromium
and high nickel content, which has a
strong anti-corrosion function. It adopts full-automatic argon-arc
welding technics, which extends the longer lifespan.
4) The supports are made of color galvanized steel plate, and pass
through *4 kinds of surface anti-corrosion processing, such as
degrease, parkerising, electrostatic painting, and high temperature
curing and so on. It makes the supports strong and
corrosion-resistant; the lifespan can reach more than *0 years. The
design of suupports is comprehensive industrial modeling, which is
concise, artistic and stable.
5) The entire“SED”auxiliary heating system has passed the China
Compulsory Certificate. It adopts protectionof electric leakage,
and two steps to protect from overheat(stop by temperature
controller at *0°C, and bybreaker at **0°C). The electric booster,
made of Incoloy **0, is excellent in anti-corrosion and dry
burning.
6) Impulse sensor: The pole type impulse sensor (patent number:
***********4.5 ), made of SUS**6L totallyand adopted the principle
of impulse scanning of the water level, can sense the temperature
and water levelaccurately, preventing the problem of scaling and
water leakage caused by traditional rubber sensors.Intelligent
systems can be chosen to realize automatic control of hot water
consumption.
