DIESEL "D2"  RUSSIAN ORIGN CIF ROTTERDAM FOB PRIMORSK.
 

PROCEDURES FOB PRIMORSK / CIF ROTTERDAM (PIPE TO TANK)

1.- Buyer sends ICPO, NCNDA IMPFA signed by Buyer and Buyer Mandate and POF (BCL/MT**9/TSA Rotterdam).

2.- Seller issues draft contract to Buyer for review.

3.- Buyer verifies draft contract and adds his amendments, if necessary.

4.- Buyer and Seller signs and seals contract to confirm with electronic signature. Contract to be lodge in bank.

5.- Within 3 works days, Seller issues a Refinery’s guarantee letter and pro-forma invoice for the first month quantity to the Buyer.

6.- In less than *8 hours Buyer’s bank will issue the payment instrument MT**3/*3, LC and/or BG for liftable quantity. If option is CIF Rotterdam, must send TSA. Transport cost from Refinery to Rotterdam will be *5$.

7.- Within 5 banking days, Seller’s Bank issue to Buyer’s Bank FULL Proof of Product with full bank responsibility (Via Secure e-mail or Telex).

9.-After verification of the product by the buyer, Seller’s Bank issue to Buyer’s Bank Contract Hard Copies notarized.

*0.-The Seller transport the product from refinery to loading port Primorsk or to Rotterdam, at Buyer’s option.

*1.- Pay by MT**3 against documents
