Flock Binder
(HCG**2)
This paste is solely used for flock transfer printing on
general fabrics. It is water-based environmental printing binder
system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy
metals.
Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, etc.
Appearance: milky paste
PH value: 5.**7
Features: non-tacky, good adhesion, soft hand feel, easy
handling.
Printing process: HCG**2 printing→ air dry→******0℃heat pressing
for *5 seconds→ release the flock paper and heat press the
substrate backward, or release the flock paper and put the print
through drier for 2 minutes at **0℃→. 2 hours washing fastness at
*0℃ for twice or more after full curing.
Packing: *0kg/HDPE barrel
Attention:
3% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Once it
is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be
discarded. Make sure the
film build-up is thick enough for complete absorbance of flock
transfer and heat processing comes just before the print is fully
dry.
