topping. This line is suitable for large industrial production (
***0 up to ***0 pieces/hour). The dough size from *6 to *7cm, the
weight from **5 to **0gr. The system is fully automated from dough
mixing to tomato sauce and cheese depositing.
The oven is equiped by means of direct flame ribbo pipes with
infrared heating panels.
