After finishing capping, the bottles are transferred to the manual
visual inspection process. Though transparent plastic board, tube
gives out soft light so that the workers can clearly visual test
the water’s quality in the bottle from physical
appearance.
Then enter into the manual sleeving
film process and the bottles with the film will go on next heat
shrinking process.
Auto heat sealing machine uses steam
to shrink the film. At first, put the bottle on the top of machine.
When the water tank is full of water, open the power switch. After
approximate *0 minutes, water temperature is **0℃ and the machine
starts.
This machine adopts the syphonage and
communicating vessels theory. It produces steam steadily. Water
level is stable. It can add water evenly in long term and there are
no phenomena that increase water suddenly. So the appearance of the
film is beautiful and firm.
