After transfer of full payment in
accordance with the bill of lading, the Seller is due to transfer
the shipment documents to the Master of vessel and to the
Buyer.
All documents are to be issued in
accordance with Buyer’s instructions.
Quality:
Protein - basis *6%, minimum *5%,
non reciprocal allowances 1:1.
Moisture - max *0%.
Fibers - max *0%.
The party of goods accumulates in
Seller’s storehouse during **3 weeks. Sellers have to load goods at
their expenses at the rate of ***0 MT in *4 consecutive hours,
during good weather conditions.
