Adjust the following parameters to get the correct thickness
value:
Gain:.The gauge will get the reading only when the wave is higher
than the gate. So the adjustable height of gate is very important,
especially for the applications of low echo
signals
Range:adjust the waveform range displayed in the screen to be
convenient for observing the waveform.
Delay:adjust the waveform starting position displayed in the
screen.
Gate:adjust the height of gate.when waveform is above the height of
gate ,it means the instrument has recevived the signal and and then
the measurement value will appear.
Blanking:make the waveform within the scope of red blanking bar;
the harmful clutter of influencing measurement can be
omitted.
3.optional live color B-SCAN waveform display
Thereal-time B-Scan feature displays a cross section of the test
material. It is commonly used to display the profile of the bottom
surface of the test material.
4.Alarm mode: The high limit and low limit of the Alarm could be
set. Dynamic waveform and thickness reading color change on
alarm.
5.MinMax. Mode:capture the MinMax. Value during
measuring.

nom.thickness,the percentage of difference and
