(1) EP general-purpose cutting fluid series
DJ*1# wire-cutting emulsion:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is based on deeply refined lube
oil with adding many kinds of additives such as rust inhibitor,
emulsifier, antioxidant, etc.
Range of application: this product is used as the working liquid
for NC wire-cutting machines or wire cut electric discharge
machines. It is characterized with good lubricity, good rust
protection, long service life and good resistance to deterioration
and putrefaction. Working concentration: 5%.
DJ**8A rust preventive EP cutting oil:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is made of many kinds of rust
inhibitor、oiliness agent、surfactant、lubricant、extreme pressure
agent, etc. It has good corrosion resistance and rust protection,
especially having good cleaning effect for grinding wheels (cutting
tools), capable of improving the surface finish of the workpiece,
without adverse effect on the machine-tool paint, not readily
deteriorating and having long life cycle.
Range of application: this product is applicable to imported or
home-made universal external cylindrical grinding machines and
plain grinding machines. It’s better fit for turning processing.
Use instruction: dilute to concentration of 3~7% with running
water. During use, avoid being mixed with machine oils and the
other working liquids, and analyze periodically to ensure use
concentration proper.
DJ**8 cutting fluid:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product uses refined mineral oil as base
oil with adding additives such as emulsifier, rust inhibitor,
antioxidant, defoamer, etc.
Range of application: this product is characterized by fine
lubricity, fine rust protection, good cleaning effect, long service
life, not deteriorating readily, which is fit to process metals of
all kinds. Use instruction: dilute to concentration of 3~7% with
running water. During use, avoid being mixed with machine oils and
the other working liquids, and analyze periodically to ensure use
concentration proper.
DJ-MF EP cutting fluid:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is a semi-synthetic, biostable
cutting fluid, having extremely good lubricity, anti-corrosion,
extreme pressure, cleaning, and cooling properties.
Range of application: this oil product can be used to meet the
process procedure of turning, milling, drilling, boring, etc. as
well as the demanding processes such as drilling, tapping, etc. It
is fit for all process procedures of aluminum and its alloys, which
is also be used for processing ferrous metals such as cast iron,
carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. Working concentration: 3~*0%.
EC**0 EP cutting fluid:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is a multifunctional
environment-friendly emulsified cutting fluid, with exceptional
lubricity, anti-corrosion, extreme pressure, cleaning, and cooling
properties.
Range of application: it’s fit for the machining and grinding of
various difficult-to-cut ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Working
concentration: 3~*0%.
(2) Special purpose cutting fluid series
EC**0 aluminum alloy special cutting fluid:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is a long-life, biostable,
high-performance metalworking fluid. It has good stability in most
quality of dilution water. The superior antimicrobial property
enables cost reduction and a long service life.
Range of application: this product possesses excellent machining
performance for non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and alloy
steels including stainless steel, which is capable of being used
for high-intensity tapping and thread machining as well as space
industry. Working concentration: 3~9%.
Magnesium alloy special cutting fluid:
Appearance: brown transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is a premium-grade solvent
cutting fluid free from Chlorine and boron.
Range of application: this product is used for various processes of
magnesium alloy. Working concentration: 3~8%.
Titanium alloy special cutting fluid:
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is a high-performance, oil-free
cutting fluid, especially designed for the machining
characteristics of titanium alloy and navigational aluminum, which
is characterized as extremely excellent lubricity, good cooling
property, high transparency, good antibacterial property, and is an
ideal substitute of neat cutting oils.
Range of application: this product is fit for the cutting and
grinding of non-ferrous metals including: stainless steel, cast
iron, titanium-nickel alloy, aluminum and its alloys as well as
navigational aluminum. It can be also used for demanding machining
such as reaming, drilling and tapping. Working concentration:
3~8%.
Copper wire-drawing lubricant:
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is based on refined mineral oil,
with adding additives such as emulsifier, rust inhibitor, extreme
pressure agent, antioxidant, copper corrosion inhibitor, etc.
Range of application: it is fit for the high-speed wire drawing of
copper wire, applicable to intermediate wire, fine wire and super
fine wire. Working concentration: 3~5%.
(3)Water-based fully synthetic metalworking fluid series
Rust preventive high-efficiency metal grinding and cutting
fluid:
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is composed of rust inhibitor,
lubricant and other additives; possessing excellent lubricity and
rust protection.
Range of application: applicable to the grinding and cutting of
ferrous metals as well as the cutting of non-ferrous metals.
Working concentration: 3~5%.
DJ-HI fine grinding fluid:
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is composed of water soluble
rust inhibitor, oiliness agent, ionic surfactant, inorganic salts
and water. It possesses good corrosion resistance and rust
protection, especially having good cleaning effect for grinding
wheels (cutting tools), capable of improving the surface finish of
the workpiece, without adverse effect on the machine-tool paint,
not readily deteriorating and long in life cycle.
Range of application: this product is applicable to imported or
home-made universal external cylindrical grinding machines and
plain grinding machines. It’s also fit for turning processing.
During use, avoid being mixed with machine oils. Therefore it
should be applied to machine tools with separate lubrication system
and cooling system. Working concentration: 3~5%.
Roller rust preventive fine grinding fluid (bearings
appropriation):
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid.
Product introduction: this product is made of water soluble rust
inhibitor, oiliness agent, ionic surfactant, lubricant and extreme
pressure agent, which has good corrosion resistance and rust
protection.
Range of application: this product is applicable to imported or
home-made universal external cylindrical grinding machines and
plain grinding machines, for example, used as the lubricant and
coolant for grinding processing such as surface grinding, internal
and external grinding, centerless grinding and drill grinding. It’s
also fit for turning processing. Working concentration: 3~5%.
