Neutral Protease Enzyme SUKAPro NE

• WHAT IS SUKAPro NE?

  SUKAPro NE is a protease enzyme preparation active at neutral pH range and obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high protease-producing Aspergillus strain.  The product can be used in leather softening industry and depilation, silk degumming, plant and animal proteolysis, brewing and animal feedstuff. Haze in the fermentation broth will be clarified by adding neutral protease in the production of alcohol, wine, ratafee, beer, butter, soy and even household and industrial detergents. Yeast growth during the fermentation stage is improved by the conversion of suspended proteins into amino acids resulting to a higher fermentative speed and yield.

• CHARACTERISTICS:

  Enzyme activity:*0,**0 U/g pH Range: 2.5 to 6.0 with optimum at pH 3.5 Temperature Range: *0°C to *0°C (*0°F to **2°F) with optimum at *0°C (**2°F). Unit Definition: The amount of enzyme needed to liberate 1µg tyrosine in one minute at pH of 7.0, at the temperature of *0°C.

• APPLICATION & DOSAGE:

  Animal Feed Additive:For use as an animal feed additive, SUKAPro NE can be mixed directly to the feed at the dosage rate of 5.0 U/g to *0.0 U/g (Make sure the product is mixed thoroughly with the feeds). Brewery:For use in the brewing process, add SUKAPro NE at the rate of 5 U/g.   Please contact our authorized technical personnel who can help and work with you closely to ensure successful use of this product and also assist you determine the best way to apply it under your particular operational conditions.

• STORAGE

  Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. SUKAPro NE maintains its activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below *5°C) and in the recommended conditions in its original container. However, the product should not be frozen. Keep this product out of reach of children.

• HANDLING:

  Even though SUKAPro NE is not toxic and is biodegradable, ingestion should be avoided. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Unnecessary contact and long term exposure to the product should also be avoided particularly for individuals who exhibit sensitivity and recation to it. Wash hands with warm soapy water after each handling of SUKAPro NE.
