Y*3 series metal chips briquetting press
On the condition of not adding additive, the briquetting press can
compress all kinds of cast iron, aluminum, copper,brass,mild steel
etc metal chips to high density metal blocks.It also allows for the
reclamation of valuable coolant, reduces floor space storage
requirements, handling and transportation costs.
After using this briquetting machine :
1 - You only loss around 5 % of the chips during remelting,than you
may loss *0%
2 - You can reuse the cooling oil again as the machine squeeze the
chips like sponge.
3 - You can save *5% area to store the chips .
4 - If you decide to sell it,the briquet's price is better than the
wet chip's price.
5 - The briqute falls inside the melt,melting time is much less
because it will not float on the top of the liquid metal.
6 - Less or no Pollution,because the briquette is nearly dry,so
there will be nearly no black smoke (than the wet chips) during
melting.
