body. After smoothly
processing the weld seam, burn it at high temperature, the finished
product will be manufactured and assembled.

high-quality steel, welding rods and enamel among which
steel and welding rods contain low impurity of steel welding
carbon, sulfur, phosphorus. Besides, lattice structure of the steel
plate construct tightly and firmly.
Enamel of high quality of corrosion-resistance,
thermal shock resistance for variable performance and low melting
points are chosen to make the reactor.
We adopt the Firing Craft of
“Low-temperature Long-term firing” and “retarded cooling
after firing” in the firing process. Generally, the stomas will
disappear after firing three times, and the ceramic layer will
become thicker after firing **5 times.
The
reactor kettle is constituted of the kettle cover, jacket,
agitator, transmission device, the shaft sealing device, the
bearing and other components.
