MT is underway sailing on board and available for re-assignment to
another potential Buyer (Tanker Take -Over Transaction) on SPOT
basis one time delivery to buyer’s destination port.Upon receipt of
buyer’s ICPO, Seller shall issue contract take- over addendum along
with FULL POP Documents including the vessel details for buyer’s
verification. The title of ownership will be transferred to buyer’s
