We can offer colonial grade jet fuel jp*4 of Russian origin on FOB
Rotherdam with excellent discount under contract and following
procedure:

Buyer Issues (ICPO) to End Seller With
CP
Seller approves ICPO and issues Draft Contract and CI for
Buyer to counter signs and return back to seller alongside Buyer\'s
passport to effect the transfer of Allocation Title Ownership to
Buyer\'s name.
Seller issues PPOP documents to buyer which includes the
following:
-Certificate of origin.
-Company License to Export.
-Product Passport (Quality and Quantity Analysis).
-Tank Receipt.
-Dip Test Authorization
Buyer contact Tank Farm agent at loading port and obtain Dip Test
Authorization approval warrant and finalize dip test authorization
which will enable Buyer/Buyer representatives visit Tank Farm
Loading port and conduct dip test for lift-able quantity. Buyer
will be responsible for the TANK CLEARANCE and DIP TEST PERMISSION
ARREARS required by Tank Farm agent upon receipt of Tank
Receipt.
Upon receiving the Clearance certificate issued by Tank farm agent
to buyer, buyer sends a copy to Seller Within *2 hours (3 Banking
Days) of successful dip test, Buyer\'s makes payment for the total
product value through T/T MT**3 OR DLC and seller transfers the
title of ownership to buyer
Lifting commences and seller out-pay intermediaries
