Polyresin gypsum powder
Polyresin gypsum powder is our developed new products after years’
effort. The main features as below: smooth surface, high strength
of inside and outside, strong toughness, It has the properties of
resin materials, but more environmental and cost cheaper.
The main advantage is easy of operation, just add water and stir
evenly, you can use and shape what you want.
It mainly used to unsaturated resin handicraft resin molds,
hardware plastic injection mold alternative.
Usage:
According to the ratio of water: powder=*7:**0, water first, then
pour the powder, stir evenly for 3 minutes, pour the slurry into
the mould, demould after *5 minutes, solidification time is
adjustable. (all performance can be adjustable, such as: color,
flow, fineness)
