Alumina ceramic roller has good high temperature resistance, hardness and carrying

capacity is very strong, Alumina ceramic roller is widely used in high temperature furnace.

It can be used to fire wall tile, glazed floor tile, sanitary ware and so on. Max working

temperature can be ***0℃.

 

 please refer to the following instructions:

1,Before using, the new roller should be placed in the kiln crown to dry *4 hours or more

 (****0 ° C).

2,The roller coated with paint should be placed in the kiln crown to dry more than *2 hours .

3,Replace rollers,should be promptly , fast, at the same time rotate the rollers.

4,The rollers from the medium or high temperature zone,to avoid exposure to

 cold items, should be placed in 

the bracket with asbestos cushion and maintain the spin state below **0 ℃.

5,The roller surface with small area glaze particles will affect the of the  thermal shock 

resistance, and it should be cleaned regularly.

6,Substandard raw materials, fuel should be used cautious because it will erode the roller.
