ROTTERDAM Buyer issues to
Seller the ICPO with the Seller Procedure on it with Banking
Details. (TSA is available as well along with Attorney Attestation
Letter regarding Banking and Funds capability - this is only
provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the transparency of
the Seller at the time of
engagement).
2. Seller
issues commercial invoice (CI) for Buyer to sign
back.
3. The Seller
provides the Following PPOP documents for the Initial trial order
quantity for Buyers confirmation. •

TSR •

maximum, Buyer contact the Seller Tank company and Send the DTA
issued by Seller for arrangements for DIP Test in order for the
Tank farm Company issues Appointment letter (which gives buyer
access to the Terminal location of Tanks to conduct Dip test on the
Product.
5. Buyer dip
test on the Product by his inspector team (SGS), upon successful
dip test, Buyer provide to the Sellers Authority to Inject
(ATI).
6. After the
receipt of the Buyers Injection Permit (ATI), Seller will
immediately commence the injection of the fuel to the Buyers vessel
or shore tanks and issue to the Buyer, an Act of Transfer, Title
Ownership Certificate and all Export Documentation and Buyer
Release payment via MT**3 and Lifts product, Seller pays all
intermediaries involved as per NCNDA /
IMFPA.
7.
Seller shall issue a (*2) Month Contract (SPA) to the Buyer,
immediately after the complete execution of the Trial
shipment.
