OJSC RN-Nakhodkanefteprodukt Refinery a subsidiary of Rosneft have
available D2 & Mazut on Black Sea, then already loaded JP*4 in
Rotterdam awaiting potential buyer who will be willing to have the
product. The previous buyer of this products defaulted and we took
the cargo to Rotterdam to re-sell due to the fact that they have
breached the agreement between our esteem refinery and the shipping
company for conveying the product to the previous buyer\'s port on
CIF, and the vessel is currently around Rotterdam port waiting for
a competent buyer.
