THE TREATMENT PROCESS

- Step 1: Cut the skin

The skin is served complete, from the snout of the animal to the tail.

- Step 2: Salting process

Once the skin is complete, it is covered with salt.

It folds and it is left **3 weeks, depending on when the shipment is.

After that time, remove the salt that has absorbed the blood, it is refilled with new salt. This time to fold it and load it onto the pallets.

- Step 3: Loading and Packaging
