drink: It
uses animal milk or milk powder, plant protein milk (powder), fruit
and vegetable juice or sugar as raw material, then processes
raw materials: sterilization, cooling, fermentation by lactic acid
bacteria starter, finally attenuation. It is generally divided into
yoghurt type and fruit-vegerable type result from different
processes, and it can be also divided into active and inactive
lactobacillus drinks due to whether sterilize or not.
