SGS Kenya PVOC pre-shipment Inspection

The Kenyan Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has introduced the Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) to Standards Program to ensure the quality of products, which must also meet health, safety and environmental standards for Kenyans. Products must meet its requirements before they can be exported to Kenya – non-compliant goods will be denied entry.

SGS is the legal third party to issue such PVOC certificate.

Exporter can contact local SGS GIS department for application, following documents should be prepared:

Import Declaration Form send from Kenya buyer;

Invoice;

Packing List;

Product's test report;

Manufacturer's ISO***1 or other QMS certicates;

Application form send from SGS Tianjin office.
