Dear Sir / Madame,

I would like to introduce ourselves to your esteemed factory as we are a new company named Egypt Future owned by Mr. Georges Samir (CEO), working in the field of trading, importing and exporting, targeting the Egyptian Market as 1st phase; our employees number are 10 employees on casual basis till we reach our goals; our objective is being a sole agent for one of the famous manufacturers in the field of stationary and office supplies.
Our strategy is buying good quality with reasonable prices conquering the market to reach our Goal of being sole agent; expanding our work is planned within the first six months.
We are dealing with Chinese Industry for the first time in the products mentioned above.
As a preliminary shipment we are willing to import 1 container from China to Egypt under FOB freight condition 4 times a year.
Our items required of stationary are targeting students at the age from 6 years old to 16 years old so accordingly our models required will be for the same age. Our products required are such as the following:-
- Erasers.
- Sharpeners.
- Staplers.
- Stapler pins.
- Wooden pencils.
- Stationary sets.
- Water Colors.
- Wooden pencils colors.
- Punchers.
- Pen Balls.
The above products are for example, so we would like to know the following requirements from your esteemed factory:-
1- Purchasing minimum quantity.
2- Carton dimensions.
3- Freight charges from China till Egypt.
4- Freight Route.
5- Products price list.
6- Delivery period from receiving purchase order.
7- Methods and conditions of payments.
